Use the Previous/Next Day buttons to navigate, or click directly on any day to jump to it.
Yes, you can change the challenge duration at any time using the Challenge Duration dropdown. Your existing data will be preserved. If you shorten the duration, days beyond the new limit will be hidden but not deleted. If you extend it, new days will be added. This flexibility lets you adapt your tracking period as your goals evolve.
Click "Export Data" to download a JSON file containing all your goals, progress, and settings. This file can be saved as a backup or transferred to another device. To restore data, click "Import Data" and select your previously exported JSON file. This is useful for backing up your progress, switching devices, or sharing your tracking setup with team members.
You can update any day's progress at any time by clicking on that day in the calendar. Simply navigate to the missed day and add your counts. The tool doesn't penalize you for missing days—you have complete flexibility to update historical data. However, your current streak counter will reset if you have consecutive days with zero activity.
